We are AppMedInc. (“AppMed“, “we”, “us“), develops and operates the AppMedTM platform, a Health Canada-recognized WEB platform that contributes to the better management of narrow therapeutic range treatments. AppMedTM combines pharmacokinetic modeling, patient data collection, and adherence monitoring. The goal is to enable safer personalized dosing, improve the effectiveness of treatments, and reduce side effects. Appmed is also a distributor of microsampling products.

This website: appmed.ai, including social media, mobile applications and other platforms (collectively the “Site”) is owned and operated by Appmed Inc. whose principal place of business is located at 2025 Michelin Street, Laval, Province of Quebec, H7L 5B7, Canada.

You unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and all applicable laws by accessing or browsing this Site. Use of our Site is for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Conditions, of indefinite duration, take effect at the time of the User’s access to the Site.

Any legal proceedings relating to the interpretation or application hereof shall be instituted in the competent courts of the district of Montreal, Quebec.

For users located elsewhere in Canada, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to principles of conflicts of law and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any legal proceedings relating to the interpretation or application hereof shall be commenced in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the District of Toronto, Ontario.

  • Quebec: Statutes of Quebec and Canada, Courts of the District of Montreal.
  • Rest of Canada: Ontario and Canadian Statutes, Toronto District Courts.

The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

We may change these Terms at any time.
When this happens:

  • A new version will be published,
  • The update date will be changed.
