I'm a patient — who should I contact?
Select “Patient” in the form above and send us your question. Our patient support team will respond within 24 hours. If you’re already enrolled with a care team, they remain your primary contact for clinical questions.
How quickly can my organization deploy AppMed™?
From signed agreement to live deployment is typically under 4 weeks. Our implementation team handles all technical setup, staff training, and data governance configuration, so your clinical team can focus on care.
Is AppMed™ available in French?
Yes, AppMed™ is fully bilingual (English and French). Our team is based in Laval, Québec and you can contact us in either language. You can also switch languages using the flag selector in the navigation.
How is patient data protected?
All data is hosted exclusively on AWS servers in Montréal, Québec. AppMed™ is built in compliance with Québec’s Loi 25, Canada’s PIPEDA, and Health Canada SaMD Class II requirements. Your institution retains full data ownership, AppMed has zero access to identifiable patient information.
